Terms of service

This is an English translation for your convenience. For customers in Germany and the EU, the German version (AGB) is legally binding; you can read it by switching the shop language to Deutsch.

1. Scope and seller

(1) These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in the online shop anidodi.com.

(2) Your contract partner is:
Alexander Telegin, trading as "ANI DODI LINGERIE"
Alte Poststraße 9, 32429 Minden, Germany
Phone: +49 1590 8429213 · Email: info@anidodi.com

(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession. We do not accept any differing terms of the customer.

2. How the contract is formed

(1) The products shown in the shop are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) You can add products to your cart and choose your details, shipping method and payment method at checkout. Before submitting, you can review and correct all entries. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.

(3) After we receive your order you will get an automatic email confirming receipt. The contract is formed when we accept your order by a separate email (order or shipping confirmation) or ship the goods. For payment methods where payment is made immediately when you submit the order (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), the contract is formed when the payment is completed.

(4) The contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text. We send you your order details and these Terms by email. You can view these Terms at any time at anidodi.com/policies/terms-of-service.

3. Prices and shipping costs

(1) All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme), so VAT is not shown separately.

(2) Shipping costs are added unless free shipping is stated. Shipping costs and delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

(3) For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. USA, Canada), import duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are paid by the customer.

(4) Prices are shown in euros. If you choose another currency, the converted amount is shown at checkout.

4. Payment

(1) The payment methods shown at checkout are available.

(2) The purchase price is due immediately when the contract is formed.

5. Delivery

(1) We deliver to Germany, all other European Union countries, the United States and Canada. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

(2) Goods are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouses. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra shipping cost.

(3) Estimated delivery times are listed in the Shipping Policy. For prepayment they start the day after payment is received, otherwise the day after the contract is formed.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, the withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy, which also sets out the return rules for the USA and Canada.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed goods cannot be returned once the seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Please report obvious transport damage or wrong items as soon as possible by email to support@anidodi.com, ideally with photos. Your statutory rights are not affected if you do not.

9. Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

(2) For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.

(2) If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
